How  to  use  this  document  ?    

Print this page and fill in during your rehabilitation. It allows you to:
• Evaluate your progress day after day • Know where you stand in the progression of workouts • See what steps are the most difficult in your rehabilitation • To ensure maximum regularity. • Give you motivation during days you need it. What  is  your  mood  before  starting  the  rehabilitation  ?
